I have graduted for a long time and i have gotten a job, so i must wear the high heel shoes when I am working, my feet is very pain when back home because I have never wear high heel shoes before.
Last week, I searched the sport shoes on internet, there was one shoe which catched my eyes, it is a fittness shoe called MBT shoes, which is also called the smallest gym in the world. You are doing excise while walking with mbt shoes so i bought one pair, i want to prove it, so i went hiking with mbt shoes in weekend with my friends. i didnt feel tied and my legs were relaxed it was really confortable. at that time, my friends complained that their feet was pain and couldnt walk any more. But for me, i was only feel systemic ache. and i could walk for a long time. i found that it is very important have a good pair of shoes for long walks.
